Southwest May Start Charging for Baggage, and that's a Good Thing

Southwest Airlines recently hinted that it’s moving more towards an a la carte pricing model (which many view as “nickel and diming” customers). If your company is contemplating a price increase, I urge it to consider a la carte pricing.
