People will pay more on EBAY for a memorial/commemorative ticket in better locations than up in the rafters. No. They will pay more for sets and other such combinations, but i don't think the quality of the seat location makes one iota of a difference. I think the show Elvis didn't make was in Augusta Maine. Wherever it was, do you think people selling one of those as memorablia gets more for a seat in row 3 than for one behind the stage? No. What matters is almost everything else on the ticket EXCEP the location of the seat. Jesus, Rafi. You're turning into a ticket snob even on shows that aren't happening.

I do agree with Rafi that the location is important to a buyer. You could probably make more money if you put it with an autograph. He might be more popular dead than alive. He might have become more popular now than before.
